Fun Fact Friday! NADH and Fibromyalgia

http://painbehindkneecure.com/9-most-common-fibromyalgia-myths/

NADH stands for "nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) + hydrogen (H)." This chemical occurs naturally in the body and plays a role in the chemical process that generates energy.

NADH sets off a chemical chain reaction. Every molecule of NADH results in the production of three molecules of ATP energy. Without NADH, the mitochondria cannot produce energy and the cells will die.

Fibromyalgia is a common syndrome in which a person has long-term, body-wide pain and tenderness in the joints, muscles, tendons, and other soft tissues. Fibromyalgia has also been linked to fatigue, sleep problems, headaches, depression, and anxiety.
Oral NADH supplementation have been used to combat simple fatigue as well as such this mysterious and energy-sapping disorder.
