Enada NADH: Burn Calories and Get things done!

We all have things that we need to get done but can't stand doing, but maybe knowing that you can count everyday household chores as a workout you might think twice. Vacuuming, dusting, cooking, washing windows, these all add up to calorie burners. So take your daily dose of NADH energy booster and get to working!

Sweeping or Mopping
Sweeping or mopping requires some physical effort, can help you burn a fair amount of calories as well. While sweeping and mopping, you’ll likely burn between 200 and 300 calories and get a pretty good upper and lower body workout at the same time. Sweeping your floors before you mop will burn even more calories.

Dusting
Dust accumulates in everybody’s home and if you’re like most; you probably don’t dust more than once a week. However, dusting a little more often won’t just be good for your health, it will also be good for your waistline. Depending on your weight, you could burn anywhere from 200 to 400 calories per hour while dusting. If you spend just one hour dusting, twice a week, your house is going to be pretty clean and your waistline, trimmer.

Mowing the lawn
Use a manual or push mower for maximum calorie burn. Expect to burn about 325 calories per hour.

Cooking
You can actually burn several hundred calories during the process of cooking a meal. Putting a frozen dinner in the microwave doesn’t count – but, even preparing a simple meal that takes an hour of preparation can help you burn approximately 200 calories.

Washing Your Windows
Window washing is a good exercise for your upper body and core muscles since you’ll likely be reaching and stretching with your arms in an upward motion to clean the tops of windows. Spending only half an hour window washing could easily burn 200 calories, depending on your weight.

Gardening
Working in your vegetable and flower garden will help you burn about 250 calories per hour. Enjoy the added bonus of fresh vegetables from your garden, which will benefit your wallet and your waistline.

"This product is great! Within two days I could tell a huge difference in the amount of energy that I had, along with the ability to focus more clearly. I'm glad that I ordered two boxes, and when I'm down to one I will be ordering another. Thanks for giving me my energy back!"
-Karen W

"Great product it seems to help brain fog and overall energy. I am taking this product with the Fatigued to Fantastic Energy Revitalization System so it is difficult to tell how much this product is contributing to my new found energy. I do like these sublingual lozenges better than the pills because I can take them anytime and don't have to worry about when I will be eating."
-Wisconsin

"I take one of these in the morning before exercising and I find that I have a ton of energy for working out. I sometimes take one later in the day so I can skip the caffeine. Highly recommended!"
-Anonymous

Enada NADH: Natural Allergy Cures

Spring time is the best! It is when everything wakes up and starts blooming after the long dead winter. It is simply beautiful, but anyone who suffers from seasonal allergies knows that springtime can be both a blessing and a curse. The rising pollen counts herald unpleasant reactions such as congestion, itchy eyes, sneezing and headaches. Many seek limited relief from over the counter allergy preparations that have unwanted and unnecessary side effects, more natural remedies may alleviate symptoms without the unpleasant side effects.

While allergies can range from mild to severe, there are some supplements that can offer sufferers relief.

Butterbur

The herb appears to work as an inflammation inhibitor, which blocks some chemicals that trigger swelling in the nasal passages.

Some research shows that an extract of butterbur root (Ze 339) are just as effective at relieving nasal symptoms as antihistamines like Zyrtec and Allegra. Butterbur has the advantage of not causing sleepiness, a common side effect of antihistamines.

You should not eat raw, unprocessed butterbur root. Look for brands of specialized butterbur supplements that are labeled UPA-free; a certain percentage or milligrams of the helpful compound petasin may also be mentioned. Keep in mind that experts aren’t sure about the safety of using any butterbur supplements in the long term.

Phleum pratense
A few studies have found that a sublingual tablet made from pollen extracts from Phleum Phleum pratense can reduce some pollen allergy symptoms, such as eye irritation, in people with asthma, as well as help decrease symptoms in people suffering from hay fever. It also allowed people to reduce the dose of their allergy medicine.

Vitamin C
Vitamin C is a natural antihistamine, helping to reduce nasal secretions and inflammation.

Luckily, this vitamin and the flavonoids occur together in many foods, such as berries, plums, citrus fruits, peppers and brcocoli. Another option is to take extra vitamin C supplements during allergy flair-ups.

Echinacea and Goldenseal
An Echinacea and Goldenseal combination may help keep allergies in check. Echinacea is anti-viral; Goldenseal is anti-bacterial and soothes the mucous membranes.

Both herbs help to support immune response, which often becomes compromised due long-standing allergies. An Echinacea and Goldenseal combination may also be effective for treating, as well as preventing sinusitis.

Fun Fact Friday! NADH Question and Answer

For our Fact Friday, we are answering more of your questions!

Q. How does my energy depend on NADH?
A. The billions of cells that form tissue and organs and ultimately the human body have an
important assignment: to produce energy. If our cells slow down or decline in their energy
production, the most visible result is that we are tired and can increasingly experience greater overall lack of energy. NADH is part of every living cell. Inside each cell a process known as the Krebs cycle combines NADH with Hydrogen to form ATP, your body’s own energy.

Q. How does the body produce energy?
A. Bringing hydrogen and oxygen together is one of the most efficient ways to produce energy. A rocket launched into outer space is an example of energy production. All cells in our bodies use the same principle of energy production, but they do so in a sophisticated way to conserve the energy produced. NADH is the biological form of hydrogen that reacts with the oxygen we breathe in to form energy and water. The energy‐ producing process in cells is achieved by a cascade of reactions, which lead to the formation of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the energy‐containing compound in cells. One molecule of NADH will form three times the amount of ATP. Therefore, NADH is an extremely efficient and effective energy producer.

Q. How does the body store energy?
A. Living cells have the capability to store energy in the form of chemical compounds. When these compounds are metabolized, energy is released and used for all cellular processes. Only a few biological substances display all the features of energy‐rich compounds. The most important of these are adenosine triphosphate (ATP), creatine phosphate (CP), nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide hydride (NADH), and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate hydride (NADPH).

Q. How does NADH help my body?
A. NADH has energy stored in its chemical structure. When it is absorbed and taken up by the body cells, NADH produces energy. NADH can be compared to a turbine in an electric power plant. Water at a higher level has more energy than water at a lower level. If you insert a turbine (wheel) in this waterfall, you can produce electrical energy. Hence, the more NADH a cell has available, the more energy can be produced. The amount of NADH a cell contains depends on the amount of energy the cell requires. Heart muscle cells have the highest NADH content because the heart is the organ that needs the most energy in the body. Cells in the brain and muscles contain 60 percent of the NADH content of those in the heart

Q. Does NADH enhance the immune system?
A. Yes, it does. NADH is directly involved in the cellular immune defense system. Special white blood cells, called macrophages, are responsible for direct elimination of foreign bodies such as bacteria, viruses, and molds. They literally capture these foreign bodies and then degrade and eliminate them. During this process, a markedly increased metabolic activity including oxygen consumption takes place. Most of the oxygen is converted to superoxide and hydrogen peroxide, which are able to destroy viruses or bacteria. This phenomenon is known as "metabolic burst" and appears to be the first and most critical step leading to the destruction of the foreign invader. Large amounts of NADH are required for this process. Hence, the more NADH your body has available, the more protection your immune system can provide.

Enada Health Tip: Our thoughts determine our destiny.

No Negative Thoughts Allowed!

Research shows that what/how we think is what affects our feelings and mood. Situations do not determine mood, but how a person thinks about the event or situation does. Two people can face the same circumstances have very different reactions.

A person has around 30,000 thoughts a day, and studies find that 82-90% of our thoughts are negative. The trick is learning how to stop these thoughts before they lead into negative memories that will then but you in a negative mood. It is all about breaking the cycle. The following tips, along with our NADH Supplements that have been proved to help those who suffer from depression, will get you through the dark thoughts.

1. Be aware of your thoughts

If you can learn to be actively aware of where your mind wanders off to, and can learn to gain control of it in the first 30 seconds, you can reject the thought before turns into a full on negative session. It takes time but it is possible to develop the art of discerning a thought quickly. Learn to reject and refuse a negative thought before it occupies space in your mind.

2. Make a decision.

Research has found that no matter what happens to you in life, you tend to return to a fixed range of happiness. Researchers show that 50 percent of our mind-set comes from genetics, 10 percent is determined by our circumstances (like our job, marital status, wealth), 40 percent is determined by our habitual thoughts, feelings, words and actions.

Why is it that some people can go through the hardest of times, (death of a loved one, loss of a job, house burns down, personal rejection, etc.) and yet they still have a positive attitude and outlook on life? While others get a hangnail and the whole world must stop and send condolences.

The answer is to make the decision to choose happiness, and that choice starts with a thought.

Here are some examples for flipping the script. The trick is not focusing on what you don't like, and switching it to positive things. Think about what you do like, or the things in life that you can control.

I look so fat in everything I wear. VS  I love my smile and the joy it bring to so many people.

I always mess this duty up VS I didn't get it right this time.

I feel stuck in this relationship.VS I am responsible for my joy and today is going to be an awesome day.

Instead of guessing or mind reading about what others think about you or need from you- Ask.

Don’t get stuck.  You are constantly making decisions, taking action, thinking thoughts that can change your perspective and your life.

Enada Provides the Only Stabilized Food Grade NADH Supplements Available

After 20 years, ENADA still carries the world’s first and only form of NADH that is FDA-approved food grade quality, stabilized and protected by world patents.

After 20 years, ENADA still carries the world’s first and only form of FDA-approved NADH that is food grade, stabilized and protected by world patents. Others continue to try to bypass these patents and introduce false NADH products. However un-stabilized NADH degrades rapidly under the influence of light, humidity, temperature, and other factors. When these other products are subjected to independent laboratory analysis, the majority of these products do not meet label claims of NADH content. This deceives consumers and leaves the impression that NADH is ineffective. If a NADH product is not stabilized, consumers are wasting their time and money. NADH was discovered in 1905 and Dr. Birkmayer spent a lifetime overcoming the stabilization obstacles and released his research and formula exclusively with the Enada brand of NADH which has been used in most studies involving NADH over the past 20 years.

Benefits of stabilized NADH Include:
  •     Natural and non-stimulant energy provider (no jitteriness)
  •     Staying on task after sleep deprivation
  •     Helps with Travel fatigue and Jet Lag
  •     Improves Cognitive Performance
  •     Relieves Drowsiness
  •     Improves Stamina
  •     So much more!
After 20 years stabilized Enada has an overwhelming amount of feedback. These testimonials are listed on the website here:http://enadh.com/category/testimonials/ as well as a review section on each of the products on the retail website http://www.co-e1.com/shop . Enada also sponsors Olympic track star Shevon Stoddard. Ms Stoddard became a 2-time State Champion and went on to make her first Olympic team in 2004 as a junior in College and made her first World Champion team in 2005. She is preparing for the 2016 Olympic Games, which will be held in Rio, Brazil.
Since using Enada’s Co-E1 Mojo 20mg supplements her times in all events have improved, Stoddard continually surpasses her personal records. “I use co-e1 every day before, during and after training. NADH and Natural Relief for Sore Muscles

We have talked about how NADH has helped athletes be faster, stronger, better, improve times and results during workouts. NADH supplements also provide faster recovery. Mojo, is here to help you through your workouts, and here are some other remedies to help you feel better after.
If you are just starting a new exercise program, or just changing up your current gym routine, having muscle soreness is inevitable. While over-the-counter pain relievers are effective, they can be hard on your body over time and you may prefer using a natural form of pain relief. While some natural pain relievers are well known, here are some that aren't quite as well known.
Epsom Salt
Epsom salt, is a natural muscle relaxer and anti-inflammatory. Add a cup or two of Epsom salt to a hot bath and soak for as long as possible. Daily soaking baths help shorten healing time so pain ends sooner, Epson salt is also good for achieving soft skin.
Herbs
Herbs such as peppermint, cayenne and ginger are ingredients often found in pain-relieving creams. These herbs have anti-inflammatory properties and ease pain while. They also have a warming property to them that loosen tight muscles. Be careful when applying herbs with this warming property, application in sensitive areas can cause burning sensation.
Movement

If you're stiff and sore, don't stop moving! If you spend the day you are sore not moving around you will only become more stiff. Get moving, do some gentle stretching and go for a walk. If your muslces are tensed up and allowed to not have to stretch out it will just stay tensed up.

Lavender Oil
Lavender is a popular remedy for muscle pain relief. It has been used as a massage oil for thousands of years. Its cell regenerating and anti-inflammatory properties are well-documented, and it can be applied to the skin undiluted, unlike many essential oils. Its fragrance is well-known for its relaxation and sleep-inducing properties.

NADH Energy! Busy Moms, Jet Lag, Students

We want to take some time to spot light some of our most popular products. Today lets talk about Performance! What is Performance? Co-E1 Performance is the fast-acting 10 mg NADH lozenge. The lozenge form allows for NADH to be absorbed straight to the blood system. Great for jet lag, athletic performance, students, and moms!

PERFORMANCE

PERFORMANCE BENEFITS

  • Provides Quick-Acting Energy Boosts
  • Restores Alertness and Clarity
  • Optimizes Cognitive Performance
  • Improves Brain Activity and Concentration
  • Counteracts Effects of Jetlag
  • Provides Muscle Protection
  • Improves Physical Endurance in Athletes
Co-E1 Performance Natural Energy
Performance may be taken as needed to help naturally boost performance for 3-5 hours when taken at least one hour before activities such as: traveling, time zone changes, studying, workouts, and hectic schedules.

NADH is biological “Rocket Fuel”. It is the biological form of hydrogen which reacts with the oxygen present in our cells to produce energy, enhance mood and emotional balance, and offset fatigue.

Moms

Are you a busy mom on your fourth cup of coffee and it’s only 9am? Trying to find the emotional and physical energy to get through your hectic schedule ahead? Performance is designed to improve mental, emotional and physical fitness. Unlike coffee and other energy drinks, NADH does not contain sugar or stimulants that may lead to addiction, a mid-day energy crash, or jitters. Performance works by enhancing energy levels, stimulates dopamine production, maintains homeostasis, and improves mental acuity. Performance helps busy parents tackle that to-do list with a sharper mind, optimal effectiveness, increased energy, and end the day with a good nights sleep!

NADH is also a mom’s favorite because of it’s anti-aging properties! Aging is loss of energy. When cellular energy declines below a certain threshold, cells in our bodies begin to slowly deteriorate and tissue begins to degenerate. Research reveals that a lack of cellular energy may accelerate the aging process. Conversely, if the cell is producing adequate energy, it can continue to perform all of its processes more efficiently and properly function.

Jet Lag

Don’t let jet lag ruin your vacation plans! Crossing time zones leave many disoriented and fatigue. If the stuffy flight didn’t leave you with a stuffy nose and sore throat, it may have caused a lack of motivation and unusual sleep patterns. Performance is a ‘MUST HAVE’ when traveling. NADH significantly reduces jet lag-induced disruptions of cognitive functioning. Because NADH increases cellular production of ATP and facilitates dopamine synthesis, it may counteract the effects of jet lag on brain performance, mood, and sleepiness while boosting the immune system. NADH maintains homeostasis and aids in returning you to your built-in circadian rhythms. Research reveals that individuals who received NADH after an overnight flight across time zones performed significantly better on 5 of 8 cognitive and psychomotor tests and experienced less sleepiness than those on the same who did not receive NADH. Take a look at the science behind this case by clicking here.

As you pack your carry-on for your next trip, stock up on Performance!

Students

Are you a student battling to concentrate and losing focus? Do you have an essay due or a midterm to take and can’t find the energy to study? Performance serves to support brain function, improve concentration, and strengthen memory while boosting energy levels.

The major prerequisite for memory is cognition. The neurotransmitters responsible for cognition and thought process are adrenaline, nor adrenaline, dopamine, and serotonin. With an increase in the production of these neurotransmitters, cognitive performance will improve. Years of research have shown that dopamine and adrenaline production are naturally increased by NADH. Therefore, NADH can effectively enhance memory and brain function.

Upgrade your energy levels and perform your best on your next school assignment with Performance!

National Garlic Month

April is National Garlic Month, garlic has so many benefits, it is not just for adding flavor to your favorite dishes. Garlic is unique, with its white compound bulb encasing many small cloves in papery sheathes. Garlic has a distinctively pungent taste and smell, and may come fresh, dried; or as an extract, powder, oil, or tablet.

Antibacterial and Antiviral
Garlic is most well-known for its antibacterial and antiviral properties. They help control bacterial, viral, fungal, yeast and worm infections. Fresh garlic is thought to play a role in preventing food poisoning by killing bacteria like E. coli, Salmonella enteritidis, etc.

Immune Booster
Garlic is rich in manganese, vitamin B1, B6 and C; as well as phosphorus, selenium, calcium, potassium, iron and copper. Studies have been conducted showing that garlic helps improve stress and calm, which also aids in keeping your immune system strong.

Combat allergies
Garlic is known to have anti-inflammatory property. It can help the body fight against allergies. The anti-arthritic property of garlic is due to diallyl sulphide and thiacremonone. Garlic has been show to improve allergic airway inflammation (allergic rhinitis). Raw garlic juice may be used to immediately stop the itching due to rashes and bug bites.

Reduce weight
Garlic may help to regulate the formation of fat cells in our body. Pre-adipocytes are converted into fat cells (adipocytes) through inflammatory system activity. The anti-inflammatory property of 1, 2-DT (1, 2-vinyldithiin) found in garlic may help inhibit this conversion. This may help prevent weight gain.

Recipe Enhancer
Not only is garlic beneficial to health, it can add zest to a variety of foods. The best way to enjoy garlic's health benefits is to eat it raw, or close to raw. A temperature above 140F destroys the allicin, so it is best to add it at the very end of the cooking process after the dish has been removed from the source of heat.

The best news is that garlic is also very inexpensive! So pick some up today and enjoy Garlic Month!

Co-e1 NADA Supplements: Testimonial Tuesday!

Welcome to another Tuesday; we received an email from a new customer just yesterday, who began taking NADH for energy and found it cured another problem they were having! Read below to hear the story!

"In 2002, I was told that I had symptoms of Sjogren's, which includes severely dry eyes. When I wake up in the morning, before I can open my eyes I have to drown them in wetting solution then slowly and carefully pry them open to not damage my corneas.
6 weeks ago I started taking a 20 mg "Enada Mojo" sublingual, the only variation in my life that could account for a change in my condition. One recent morning I woke up, shocked that I simply opened my eyes because they were not glued shut. And a further surprise was that I didn't have to use eye drops throughout that day. Now, a week later my eyes are generally fine in the morning, which amazes me."

NADH Fun Fact Friday!

NADH side effects, caution, risk

Our supplements are all natural, NADH is already produced by the body, so there are few side effects. That doesn't mean that there are no side effects. The most common reports of NADH side effects come from the higher dosages. If you are taking the supplement for everyday use, to get a boost of energy but don't plan on doing anything too strenuous you wont need more than the 5mg. The complaints we get from costumers come when they order the higher doses of NADH.

The 20mg is designed for people with high stress levels or athletes. A person who doesn't exert as much energy in the day and chooses to take the 20mg can sometimes help insomnia, anxiety, or over-stimulation.

George, a 42 year-old lawyer from Philadelphia says, “I like the 5 mg dose because of the alertness it provides. However, when I take 10 mg or more, it makes me too stimulated, almost with a panicky feeling.”

Some who have been taking the 20mg NADH supplement daily for a week, and dose not exert enough energy, have said that it has caused insomnia. When sleeping problems occur this means a lower dosage is appropriate or the product needs to be taken less frequently.

National Stress Month: Driving

With April being National Stress Awareness month we wanted to address the most stressful part of most working Americans day. Traffic. You don’t have to let traffic jams ruin your day. Driving is a daily necessity for many people and learning how to stay calm will greatly benefit not only your commute but your life. While you can’t control other driver’s actions, you can control your reactions. If you allow drivers to affect your emotions, you may carry the negativity with you throughout the day. Here are some tips on how to deal with the traffic stress.

Breath

Allow yourself to focus on your breathing while driving. You can use your car time to turn off the rado and breathe in slowly through your nose on a count of five. At five, exhale through your mouth on a count of six. Try to exhale for a second or two longer than the inhale. The deep breathing will allow you to effectively de-stress.

Create Stories

A way to de-stress while driving is to try and understand or least create your own reasons why other’s are acting crazy. If someone cuts you off, don’t immediately assume that they did it to harm you. Imagine that they are rushing to meet their wife in labor, and try to believe that they feel bad for cutting you off. Imagine them apologizing and move on. While you will encounter rude drivers and congested roads, your attitude and imagination can go a long way in helping you to cope..

Don't Listen to Aggregating Music

Many test show that music highly effects your mood. The music you choose to listen to will affect your stress levels. If you’re anxious about getting to work on time, then listening to loud and aggressive music will only add to your worries. Try listening to classical music, Disney, jazz or another type of calming music. It will put you more at ease and in a better mood.

Books on CD/Devise

Audiobooks can also help to ease some of the irritations of driving. Audiobooks help take you to another place and really focus on whats going on in the story, rather than focusing on the driver that is bothering you or the traffic. You will be happy to have some more time in the car to get into the story.
Plan ahead

Get up earlier. Sounds easy but it is a hard thing to change, try to get into the habit of waking up early and having enough time to get ready to drive. Like we mentioned in this post. Working out is a big help when trying to de-stress. If you can, try joining a gym that is close to your office. If you can make a habit out of going to the gym before work you will beat all the traffic by leaving before the rush. Then you will be able to get your endorphin's going with your workout and then head into the office in a good mood without any traffic worries at all.

Energy Boosting Flavored Water

It is time to talk about our latest obsession: natural flavored water. Now we don't feel the need to lecture about how bad sports drinks, soda, and other "fruit" juices are, there are enough articles on the internet that can explain the dangers for you. We just want to highlight the joys and benefits that come with making your favorite flavored water at home.

We have a Brita Water Filter Pitcher because the water from the tap, at least here in California, is not great.
No point in adding to all the water bottle pile up,the Brita Water Filter Pitcher works well and makes the water have a nice crisp flavor.

Flavored water can be subtle or packed with the flavors infused into it. It all depends on what you want to use and how long you let it sit or seep.

What is needed:

Fruit: whatever kind you like (except bananas, too mushy). Make sure it's good and ripe for maximum sweetness and flavor, especially if using berries. The most popular flavored waters use citrus.
Fresh vs. frozen fruit. When in season, use fresh fruit. If out of season, use frozen, frozen is picked at the peak of ripeness.

Herbs: Many herbs are a surprising complement to fruit flavors. Mint, basil, rosemary, sage, thyme, lavender, and tarragon.

Something to put it in: We use mason jars, the larger the better, primarily because they look nicer and keep it colder, but any 2 quart pitcher will do.

Here are some of our favorite combinations!

Raspberry Lime: Start with 2 limes; with your hands, squeeze the juice into the jar, then throw in the squeezed lime quarters. Add how ever many raspberries you would like. Take a spoon, preferably wood, and press the ingredients down to release some of the juices (don't pulverize the fruit). Fill the jar with ice, then add water to the top. Stir, cover, and refrigerate.

Tip: You can also add mint leaves to this one for an extra flavor.

Mint, Cucumber, Lime: slice up 1/2 a cucumber, 1/2 a lime squeeze the juice into the jar, then throw in the squeezed lime quarters,1/4 cup fresh mint leaves. Take a spoon, preferably wood, and press the ingredients down to release some of the juices (don't pulverize the fruit). Fill the jar with ice, then add water to the top. Stir, cover, and refrigerate.

Strawberry, Lemon Baisl: 1/2 cup sliced strawberries, 1/2 a lemon, sliced, 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves. Take a spoon, preferably wood, and press the ingredients down to release some of the juices (don't pulverize the fruit). Fill the jar with ice, then add water to the top. Stir, cover, and refrigerate.

Watermelon Mint: 1 cup cubed watermelon, 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves.
Take a spoon, preferably wood, and press the ingredients down to release some of the juices (don't pulverize the fruit). Fill the jar with ice, then add water to the top. Stir, cover, and refrigerate.

Health Tip! Mint: Mint leaves are loaded with antioxidants and keep stomach cramps and acidity at bay. They have anti-inflammatory properties, and mint juice acts as an excellent skin cleanser.
