Fact Friday! The Mother of All Antioxidants.

New Products & New SolutionsWe hope you're getting by this winter! Spring and summer are on the way, and new updates are in store. The Enada Co-E1 team are excited to announce our newest product the Glutathione Transdermal Creme.GLUTATHIONE (pronounced “gloota-thigh-own”) is the most important molecule you need to stay healthy and prevent aging, cancer, heart disease, dementia and more, and necessary to treat everything from autism to alzheimer’s disease. Is has been called the mother of all antioxidants.
Always Natural Products for Natural Healing
The good news is that your body produces its own glutathione. The bad news is that poor diet, pollution, toxins, medications, stress, trauma, aging, infections and radiation all deplete your glutathione.
This leaves you susceptible to unrestrained cell disintegration from oxidative stress, free radicals, infections and cancer. And your liver gets overloaded and damaged, making it unable to do its job of detoxification.”
Dr Mark Hyman M.D.

Glutathione is one of the most important molecules needed to stay healthy and prevent disease; yet you've probably never heard of it. It’s the secret to prevent aging, cancer, heart disease, dementia and more. There are more than 89,000 medical articles about it, but your doctor doesn't know how address the epidemic deficiency of this critical life-giving molecule.

Who wouldn't like to get their hands on a naturally occurring substance that acts as an antioxidant, an immune system booster, and a detoxifier? Something that can help your body repair damage caused by stress, pollution, radiation, infection, drugs, poor diet, aging, injury, trauma, and burns? Because glutathione exists within the cells, it is in a prime position to neutralize free radicals. It also has potentially widespread health benefits because it can be found in all types of cells, including the cells of the immune system, whose job is to fight disease.

To receive the benefits of the product is applied transdermally generally, 1/4 teaspoon apply 3 times a day to upper arm , wrist or inner thighs.

7 Ways Laughter Really IS the best Medicine.

Laugh Your Way Healthy

NADH, a naturally occurring coenzyme found in all living cells, is necessary for cellular development and energy production. NADH also helps Enhance mood and emotional balance

NADH enhances mood due to its important role in the development of dopamine and serotonin. Healthy levels of serotonin and dopamine support balanced mood levels.
Supplementing the diet with NADH may reduce the amounts of L-tryptophan used by the body for NADH production, thereby leaving more L-tryptophan for making serotonin. More balanced levels of serotonin promote mood enhancement, and an increased sense of well-being.

When your mood is enhanced it make laughing easier. Humor is infectious. When laughter is shared, it binds people together and increases happiness and intimacy. Humor and laughter strengthen your immune system, boost your energy, diminish pain, and protect you from the damaging effects of stress. Best of all, this priceless medicine is fun, free, and easy to use.

1. Laughing lowers blood pressure

Lowering your blood pressure, even those who start at normal levels, will reduce risk of strokes and heart attacks.

2. Laughter dissolves distressing emotions

You can't feel anxious, angry or sad when you are laughing. It reduces stress and increases energy, enabling you to stay focused and accomplish more.

3. Fun ab workout

One of the benefits of laughter is that it can help you with your abs. When you are laughing, the muscles in your stomach expand and contract, similar to when you intentionally exercise your abs. Meanwhile, the muscles you are not using to laugh are getting an opportunity to relax. Add laughter to your ab routine and make getting a toned tummy more enjoyable.

4. Improves cardiac health

Laughter improves the function of blood vessels and increases blood flow. It gets your heart pumping and burns a similar amount of calories per hour as walking at a slow to moderate pace. So, laugh your heart into health.

5. Boosts Immune system

When you laugh, you activate T cells that immediately begin to help you fight off sickness. Next time you feel a cold coming on, add chuckling to your illness prevention plan.T cells are specialized immune system cells just waiting in your body for activation.

6. Triggers the release of endorphins

Endorphins are the body’s natural pain killers and feel good hormone. By laughing, you can release endorphins, which can help ease chronic pain and make you feel good all over.

7. Produces a general sense of well-being

Laughter shifts perspective allowing people to see situations more realistic. can increase your overall sense of well-being. Doctors have found that people who have a positive outlook on life tend to fight diseases better than people who tend to be more negative. So smile, laugh and live longer!

Hello National Pistachio Day!

Happy National Pistachio Day

February 26th 2014

Today is the a day for all to celebrate National Pistachio Day. With your Co-E1 energy supplements and these little guys you will have the energy to Crack them open and eat them up all day! Pistachios are more than just a little nut they pack a lot of flavor and health benefits!

Pistachios are an excellent source of vitamin B6, copper and manganese and a good source of protein, fiber, thiamin, and phosphorus.  In July 2003, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the first qualified health claim specific to nuts lowering the risk of heart disease:

Heart Health
Pistachios have been shown to reduce LDL ("bad") cholesterol and increase the good HDL cholesterol after only a short period of regular consumption. High in antioxidants such as vitamins A and E, they fight inflammation, protecting blood vessels and reducing risk of heart disease.

Diabetes Help
Eating pistachios may help to prevent Type 2 diabetes. 60 percent of the recommended daily value of the mineral phosphorous is contained in just one cup of pistachios. As well as breaking down proteins into amino acids, phosphorous aids glucose tolerance.

Skin Health
Pistachios are a great source of vitamin E, a powerful fat-soluble antioxidant, essential for maintaining the integrity of cell membranes and often recommended for healthy and beautiful skin. Vitamin E does an excellent job protecting the skin from UV damage, providing daily defense against premature aging and skin cancer.

Weight management
The fiber content of the nuts may make them more filling, helping people to eat fewer calories later on in the day.  A study published in the "Journal of the American College of Nutrition" in June 2010 found that participants who consumed 240 calories worth of pistachios for 12 weeks lowered their body mass indexes and triglyceride levels more than those who consumed 220 calories worth of pretzels.

Pistachios contain fewer calories and more potassium and vitamin K per serving than other nuts. A 1-ounce serving of dry-roasted pistachios contains 160 calories, 6 grams of protein, 3 grams of fiber and 15 grams of fat, including only 2 grams of saturated fat. It also provides you with 25 percent of the daily value for vitamin B-6, 15 percent of the daily value for thiamine and phosphorus and 10 percent of the daily value for magnesium.

There are so many different recipes using pistachios, find one that you love; here is one of our favorite easy green drinks using Pistachios!

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 Cup Kale leaves
  • 2 Bananas (frozen makes it creamier)
  • 1/2 cup pistachios
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 Cups ice (Less if using frozen banana)

Testimonial Tuesday, Natural Energy!

Today's testimonial is all about the one thing everyone strives for! MORE ENERGY! Sage Rishi is from New York, New York and has been using our products for some time now. He wrote in to give thanks and to spread the word about Enada NADH products. We would like to say as a disclaimer that no one is paid to provide a testimonial, we are simply sharing our customers heartfelt opinions and stories that they share with us. Sage here is really passionate.

"I am writing you to express my appreciation for your wonderful product "ENADA." As a a longtime "caffeine junkie," I though I was doomed to what seemed to me as a lifetime of jitters, grumpiness, acid stomach, and afternoon energy slumps. Well, no more! In the almost 30 days that I've been taking this product, my entire world has changed. I've been able to do what for me was all but unthinkable. My first morning taking ENADA, I decided to forgo my daily coffee regimen. What a surprise! i not only did not need the morning stimulation that I depended on from coffee, I felt no withdrawal symptoms at all. I sleep better, wake up in a better mood and with far more energy than I remember having in years. Completely unlike coffee and other stimulants, your product provides no "hard energy peak" with a subsequent decay and crash. ENADA provides me with a high level of energy that lasts from the time I take the supplements int he morning continuously until I fall asleep at night. I am able to sustain the level of peak performance throughout the day without having to drink even one cup of coffee!

The effect of ENADA has been so profound for me that I've been sharing it with all my friends and family ever since. Thank you for this incredible product and helping me to make such a tremendous difference in my life."
-Sage Rishi

7 Tips on how to Stay Focused

The ability to focus and stay on task is a hard one for many adults. From conversations with family and friends, to important tasks that will advance your career, it can seem almost impossible to stay concentrated. You don't mean to zone out, but you do, changing your health routine in simple ways can help you to pay attention and become a better listener

Our Co-E1 NADH supplements significantly help your natural ability to focus and have energy for the day. Along with our supplements here are seven tips and tricks to staying focused.

Eat Smart

If you think your food has more to do with your figure than your brain, think again. What you eat directly affects your energy level and your ability to focus. Following a healthy diet can help improve many issues, including your inability to concentrate. It is best to start the day with protein, you will feel sluggish come mid-morning if you eat solely carbohydrates, and it's hard to concentrate when you're tired. Limit the amount of sweets and processed foods you eat throughout the day. They are metabolized quickly, causing your blood sugar to spike. Then it drops just as quickly, causing you to have brain fog and lost concentration.

Prioritize Your Tasks

It may seem so simple, but actively keeping a to-do list can make a huge difference. Having multiple tasks ahead of you can be overwhelming. Writing down each item in order of importance will help make tasks seem less daunting and help you to wrap your head around and physically see the next steps. Arrange tasks by highest to lowest importance and then tackle the list from top to bottom, rank them by difficulty and do the simplest ones first to get them out of the way. Find what works for you

Take Deep Breaths
It may seem obvious, but you'd be surprised how many people forget this important step when they're stressed out. Practicing meditation and taking deep breaths can help improve your ability to focus. When you are stressed, your blood doesn't flow to the part of the brain where high-order decisions are made, when you're relaxed, more blood flows to the brain and it functions better.

Find Your Space

An important strategy for staying focused is to work/live in a space where there are few, if any, distractions. Decorate your home in a way that promotes peace and calm. Ask your boss if you can move away from a TV or radio that's always on. Working in a noisy environment can worsen lack of focus. Or if it is the opposite that bothers you, you can use a white noise machine to save you from total silence.

Get Some Exercise

Like meditation and deep breathing, exercise stimulates brain function. Add regular exercise to your daily routine to get your heart pumping and your brain in gear. Workout before work, or use your lunch hour for a quick exercise circuit. When you exercise, it helps dissipate energy, and when you return to work, you can function better, pay more attention, and focus on what you're doing. Find what exercise is fun and effective for you.

Speak Up

If you're in a meeting at work and find you just can't concentrate any longer on what everyone is saying to you and to each other, you may need a moment to refresh. You may have to tell your coworkers or friends that you have a hard time staying focused. Explain that sometimes it's difficult for you to concentrate for extended periods and that getting some fresh air will help. When you return, you can continue the conversation. Take the time to educate your coworkers about your problem so they will understand and appreciate your honesty.

Testimonial Tuesday: Depression

Time for another amazing testimonial. Depression is an epidemic that affects millions of peoplestatistics show that diagnoses are growing at an alarming rate. In addition, states with higher rates of depression also show high rates of other negative health outcomes, such as obesity, heart disease, and stroke. Individuals suffering from depression are more likely to be unemployed or recently divorced than their non-depressed counterparts, and women experience greater risk of depression than men. Despite all of these statistics on depression, this info-graphic shows that many people suffer symptoms of depression without seeking care, and that un-diagnosed depression costs the U.S. millions of dollars each year. Now a global health issue, depression awareness, diagnosis, and treatment are matters of crucial significance in building a healthier, happier world.

Our NADH supplements are all natural and help to repair and replenish your cells. Giving them more energy and healing benefits, many of our customers start taking our Enada NADH supplements to help with energy, Parkinson, Alzheimer's or other illnesses but they then see other befits with the product. Out testimonial today comes from Gino M. From Bronx NY.

"I started taking ENADA hoping it would help boost my energy and after taking ENADA for the past month I noticed a change in my depression. I no longer need to take my regular medications that were prescribed to me from my physician for depression. The side effects of those prescribed pills were intolerable. Enada not only gave me new found energy, it also lifted my depression and gave me a new outlook on life. I am so thankful that I found this great product!"

-Gino M.

It helped Donnie Z. with his depression as well!

"After taking ENADA Co-E1 for the past 3 months my moods and general well-being has improved 90-95%. My depression is lifted and I am feeling and awareness is better today than it has been in 5 years or more."

Searching for Olympic level Energy

Chronic fatigue is one of the USA's most debilitating epidemics. Until now, there has been little in the way of a quick fix. Co-E1 NADH could be the cure thousands have been hoping for.

Enada supplements have been described  as 'human rocket fuel', it's an over-the- counter treatment for sufferers of fatigue that, restores energy and vitality quickly. The one-tablet-a-day supplement, taken at breakfast time, is a successful treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome, with one in three sufferers reporting improvements in their symptoms after 12 weeks.
Known as the power-pill, Co-E1 NADH 20mg is also being used by Olympic athletes to boost energy levels, and by highflier executives to overcome stress and exhaustion. Students are also taking the Co-E1 NADH 10mg pills, which work as a pre-exam energy-booster.

Sales of NADH are at record levels in America and are increasing in Britain, Europe and Asia too, either through the internet or in health-food shops. Birkmayer NADH is the manufacturer of the original Dr Birkmayer ENADA NADH brand and is the main internet supplier, lists a catalogue of beneficial affects: 'NADH energises the body and the brain, giving increased energy and mental activity,' would-be buyers are told.
The theory behind NADH - or nicotinamide adrenine dinucleotide hydride, whose active form is marketed as ENADA Co-E1 - is that it is a coenzyme found naturally in cells and plays a key role in energy production in those cells. It's also said to be a powerful antioxidant which protects the body from damage-causing free radicals involved in more than 80 degenerative disorders, including arthritis and heart disease. Much of the research centres on its use in treating patients with chronic fatigue syndrome.
Research carried out by immunologist Dr Joseph Bellanti found that eight out of 26 chronic fatigue syndrome sufferers achieved a 10% improvement in their symptoms. It is being suggested, too, that the supplement may be useful in treating other degenerative conditions, including Parkinson's disease.

Single on Valentines Day....and LOVING IT!

Are you finding yourself alone this valentines day? Rather than be sad, turn that frown upside down and celebrate your Valentines day with these commitment-free and fun activities with your three favorite people: me, myself and I.

1. Send Love to Someone. Studies show that kindness spread easy, so start an epidemic. Give Valentine's Day cards to those close to you, like your co-workers and friends.

2. Treat yourself! Grab your CO-E1 Mojo to give you energy and a mood boost and be your own Valentine and do whatever you want. Declare it a me day and go out and get pampered and have fun.

3. Eat Chocolate! Just because you don't have someone to buy chocolates for you doesn't mean you shouldn't have it. Chocolate in moderation is healthy. The compounds found in chocolate play a role in lowering blood pressure, improving blood flow and making blood platelets less sticky.

4. Have a party! Spend time with close friends. Studies show that in stressful situations a persons hear rate and blood pressure increase less when they are with someone who is close to them. You could all go out together.

5. Exercise! It's a good way to treat yourself and get endorphin going to cure any Valentines Day blues you might have. It only takes about 30min of moderate exercise for endorphin to start kicking in! So get to the gym or get outside, you might even make some friends doing it.

6. Volunteer! Research has linked volunteering to higher self-confidence, lower depression, and higher levels of happiness. It is a great way to not think about your self and help people.

7. Embrace that you are alone and Veg out! Do nothing at all. Just stay home, sit on the couch, and be glad your not spending crazy amounts of money on dinner. This is your get out of jail free card, just enjoy the day of being alone, sit back, take a bath, watch your favorite movie and relax.
