Co-E1 Enada Rewards!

Co-E1 Rewards: How it Works

Co-E1-Rewards-1The Co-E1 Rewards program is a unique opportunity that benefits all parties involved.
As a Co-E1 Rewards participant, you get paid to share the wonderful benefits of Co-E1 with your friends, family, and associates.
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a personalized link that you can share wherever you like – Facebook, Twitter, email, your own website, or anywhere. Then, when your friend, family member, or website visitor clicks that link, they are always connected to your account so that any time he or she makes a purchase from the Co-E1 website, you’ll receive $4 for every box they buy.
It’s that simple: If they buy three boxes, you get $12. If they buy 5 boxes, you get $20. If they by 50 boxes, you get $200.
Co-E1-Rewards-2But wait, there’s more.
Not only do you get paid when people buy from your link, you can also get paid when your friends and associates refer other people.
It’s like this: Let’s say you refer Person A. When Person A buys, you get $4 for every box Person A purchases. But you can suggest to Person A that they also sign up for Co-E1 Rewards and get paid.
When Person A shares their link with Person B and Person B purchases, Person A gets $4 for every box Person B buys. But since you referred Person A in the first place, you also get $3 for every box Person B buys. And this goes for two more levels. You’d get $2 for every box Person C (Level 3 referral) buys and $1 for every box Person D (Level 4 referral) buys.
Co-E1-Rewards-3Payouts are made via PayPal every month to all participants who have at least $50 pending payouts accrued. If you have less than $50 in payouts pending, the money remains on your account until it exceeds $50. Once it’s more than $50, you are paid on the 1st of the next calendar month.

7 Tips on how to Stay Focused

The ability to focus and stay on task is a hard one for many adults. From conversations with family and friends, to important tasks that will advance your career, it can seem almost impossible to stay concentrated. You don't mean to zone out, but you do, changing your health routine in simple ways can help you to pay attention and become a better listener.

Our Co-E1 NADH supplements significantly help your natural ability to focus and have energy for the day. Along with our supplements here are seven tips and tricks to staying focused.

Eat Smart

If you think your food has more to do with your figure than your brain, think again. What you eat directly affects your energy level and your ability to focus. Following a healthy diet can help improve many issues, including your inability to concentrate. It is best to start the day with protein, you will feel sluggish come mid-morning if you eat solely carbohydrates, and it's hard to concentrate when you're tired. Limit the amount of sweets and processed foods you eat throughout the day. They are metabolized quickly, causing your blood sugar to spike. Then it drops just as quickly, causing you to have brain fog and lost concentration.

Prioritize Your Tasks

It may seem so simple, but actively keeping a to-do list can make a huge difference. Having multiple tasks ahead of you can be overwhelming. Writing down each item in order of importance will help make tasks seem less daunting and help you to wrap your head around and physically see the next steps. Arrange tasks by highest to lowest importance and then tackle the list from top to bottom, rank them by difficulty and do the simplest ones first to get them out of the way. Find what works for you

Take Deep Breaths
It may seem obvious, but you'd be surprised how many people forget this important step when they're stressed out. Practicing meditation and taking deep breaths can help improve your ability to focus. When you are stressed, your blood doesn't flow to the part of the brain where high-order decisions are made, when you're relaxed, more blood flows to the brain and it functions better.

Find Your Space

An important strategy for staying focused is to work/live in a space where there are few, if any, distractions. Decorate your home in a way that promotes peace and calm. Ask your boss if you can move away from a TV or radio that's always on. Working in a noisy environment can worsen lack of focus. Or if it is the opposite that bothers you, you can use a white noise machine to save you from total silence.

Get Some Exercise

Like meditation and deep breathing, exercise stimulates brain function. Add regular exercise to your daily routine to get your heart pumping and your brain in gear. Workout before work, or use your lunch hour for a quick exercise circuit. When you exercise, it helps dissipate energy, and when you return to work, you can function better, pay more attention, and focus on what you're doing. Find what exercise is fun and effective for you.

Speak Up

If you're in a meeting at work and find you just can't concentrate any longer on what everyone is saying to you and to each other, you may need a moment to refresh. You may have to tell your coworkers or friends that you have a hard time staying focused. Explain that sometimes it's difficult for you to concentrate for extended periods and that getting some fresh air will help. When you return, you can continue the conversation. Take the time to educate your coworkers about your problem so they will understand and appreciate your honesty.

Testimonial Tuesday: Depression

Time for another amazing testimonial. Depression is an epidemic that affects millions of people, statistics show that diagnoses are growing at an alarming rate. In addition, states with higher rates of depression also show high rates of other negative health outcomes, such as obesity, heart disease, and stroke. Individuals suffering from depression are more likely to be unemployed or recently divorced than their non-depressed counterparts, and women experience greater risk of depression than men. Despite all of these statistics on depression, this info-graphic shows that many people suffer symptoms of depression without seeking care, and that un-diagnosed depression costs the U.S. millions of dollars each year. Now a global health issue, depression awareness, diagnosis, and treatment are matters of crucial significance in building a healthier, happier world.

Our NADH supplements are all natural and help to repair and replenish your cells. Giving them more energy and healing benefits, many of our customers start taking our Enada NADH supplements to help with energy, Parkinson, Alzheimer's or other illnesses but they then see other befits with the product. Out testimonial today comes from Gino M. From Bronx NY.

"I started taking ENADA hoping it would help boost my energy and after taking ENADA for the past month I noticed a change in my depression. I no longer need to take my regular medications that were prescribed to me from my physician for depression. The side effects of those prescribed pills were intolerable. Enada not only gave me new found energy, it also lifted my depression and gave me a new outlook on life. I am so thankful that I found this great product!"

-Gino M.

It helped Donnie Z. with his depression as well!

"After taking ENADA Co-E1 for the past 3 months my moods and general well-being has improved 90-95%. My depression is lifted and I am feeling and awareness is better today than it has been in 5 years or more."

Searching for Olympic level Energy

Chronic fatigue is one of the USA's most debilitating epidemics. Until now, there has been little in the way of a quick fix. Co-E1 NADH could be the cure thousands have been hoping for.

Enada supplements have been described  as 'human rocket fuel', it's an over-the- counter treatment for sufferers of fatigue that, restores energy and vitality quickly. The one-tablet-a-day supplement, taken at breakfast time, is a successful treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome, with one in three sufferers reporting improvements in their symptoms after 12 weeks.
Known as the power-pill, Co-E1 NADH 20mg is also being used by Olympic athletes to boost energy levels, and by highflier executives to overcome stress and exhaustion. Students are also taking the Co-E1 NADH 10mg pills, which work as a pre-exam energy-booster.

Sales of NADH are at record levels in America and are increasing in Britain, Europe and Asia too, either through the internet or in health-food shops. Birkmayer NADH is the manufacturer of the original Dr Birkmayer ENADA NADH brand and is the main internet supplier, lists a catalogue of beneficial affects: 'NADH energises the body and the brain, giving increased energy and mental activity,' would-be buyers are told.
The theory behind NADH - or nicotinamide adrenine dinucleotide hydride, whose active form is marketed as ENADA Co-E1 - is that it is a coenzyme found naturally in cells and plays a key role in energy production in those cells. It's also said to be a powerful antioxidant which protects the body from damage-causing free radicals involved in more than 80 degenerative disorders, including arthritis and heart disease. Much of the research centres on its use in treating patients with chronic fatigue syndrome.
Research carried out by immunologist Dr Joseph Bellanti found that eight out of 26 chronic fatigue syndrome sufferers achieved a 10% improvement in their symptoms. It is being suggested, too, that the supplement may be useful in treating other degenerative conditions, including Parkinson's disease.

Single on Valentines Day....and LOVING IT!

Are you finding yourself alone this valentines day? Rather than be sad, turn that frown upside down and celebrate your Valentines day with these commitment-free and fun activities with your three favorite people: me, myself and I.

1. Send Love to Someone. Studies show that kindness spread easy, so start an epidemic. Give Valentine's Day cards to those close to you, like your co-workers and friends.

2. Treat yourself! Grab your CO-E1 Mojo to give you energy and a mood boost and be your own Valentine and do whatever you want. Declare it a me day and go out and get pampered and have fun.

4. Have a party! Spend time with close friends. Studies show that in stressful situations a persons hear rate and blood pressure increase less when they are with someone who is close to them. You could all go out together.

5. Exercise! It's a good way to treat yourself and get endorphin going to cure any Valentines Day blues you might have. It only takes about 30min of moderate exercise for endorphin to start kicking in! So get to the gym or get outside, you might even make some friends doing it.

6. Volunteer! Research has linked volunteering to higher self-confidence, lower depression, and higher levels of happiness. It is a great way to not think about your self and help people.

The Skinny on NADH!

So what exactly is NADH and how does it work? It is a naturally‐occurring compound found in all living cells of plants, animals, and humans. It is essential for adequate energy, and supplementation can improve energy levels.NADH has also been proved to act as an anti-aging nutrient, enhances memory, is the body’s top antioxidant, and can help with specific diseases such as Parkinson’s, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), depression, and Alzheimer’s disease. In summary, NADH is a highly powerful form of vitamin B3 commonly referred to as niacin or niacinamide.

NADH is present in our daily food sources. Animal protein sources, like meat, poultry, and fish, contain the highest amount of NADH. Vegetables, fruits, and other vegetarian food have a much lower NADH content. Plants need less energy to survive and no energy for movement, so they have less NADH. Therefore Vegetarians receive little NADH from their diets and should supplement with NADH. Many other people also can benefit from taking NADH supplements, though, for a few key reasons. First, almost all of the NADH we take in from food is destroyed from heat preparation. Second, even if our diets consisted mostly of raw meat or fish (which isn’t advisable), we would only receive a minimum of NADH from these food sources. Most of the NADH in these foods would be degraded by the stomach’s own digestive gastric acids that break down food into its constituent parts for absorption.

Other health benefits:

It protects the liver from alcohol damage. NADH is actually the activator of the enzyme that degrades alcohol. This means that the more NADH you have in your liver, the faster alcohol is eliminated. NADH also prevents the alcohol‐induced inhibition of the sex hormone testosterone. Under the influence of alcohol, the production of the sex hormone testosterone is blocked. In other words, the more alcohol you consume, the lower your sex drive becomes. In the presence of NADH, this alcohol‐induced inhibition of testosterone production is diminished or absent.

NADH lowers cholesterol levels and blood pressure.

NADH enhances the immune system. NADH is directly involved in the cellular immune defense system. Special white blood cells, called macrophages, are responsible for direct elimination of foreign bodies such as bacteria, viruses, and molds. They literally capture these foreign bodies and then degrade and eliminate them. Large amounts of NADH are required for this process. Hence, the more NADH your body has available, the more protection your immune system can provide.

NADH may enhance a person’s memory. Memory is not a single function; rather, it’s composed of a system of multiple processes. Memory can be defined as the storage of information, signals, and stimuli received by our five senses and the retrieval of this stored information. Several studies have shown that dopamine and adrenaline production are naturally increased by NADH. Therefore, NADH can effectively enhance memory.

How does my energy depend on NADH? The billions of cells that form tissue and organs and ultimately the human body have an important assignment: to produce energy. NADH is part of every living cell. Inside each cell a process that creates ATP, which is what gives your body its energy. With more NADH it gives the cell the energy to create ATP which fuels your whole body

NADH also an “energyrich” compound. Energy is stored in the NADH molecule. When NADH reacts with the oxygen present in every cell, energy is produced in the form of ATP. NADH has triple the energy capacity of ATP. Furthermore, NADH creates additional energy when it reacts with oxygen and water forming nicotinamide (also known as vitamin B3) and ADP (adenosine diphosphate). This all means that NADH is a super energizer.

If you haven't heard of green smoothies you haven't been paying attention. They are they latest trend and a quick way to get greens and other great vitamins and fiber into your diet. There are a million recipes out there the one we like here at Enada is an easy one.

You take 1 cup of spinach or Kale (or both)
1Tb. Honey

1tsp. flax seed.

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and drink up! You can add ice to thicken if you prefer.

Testimonial Tuesday

We would like to take some time to share a testimonial that one of our clients wrote into us. C. MacDonald has been taking Co-E1 NADH 5mg for about a year and half. She is a 52 year old female that was diagnosed with leukemia in 1989, she had a bone marrow transplant and was declared cancer free. The chemo left her with hair devastating hair loss. She also suffered debilitating foot psoriasis on the soles of her feet. She originally ordered Co-E1 NADH 5mg to see if it would help her lack of energy and brain fog. She said ...

"The loss of hair (3X) due to chemo was devastating. When my hair did grow back, I ended up with a very, very thin front hair line  and it still kept a regular cycle of falling out in handfuls.  I lived with it like that for 23 years, when I started taking this product (for energy) I was amazed that within a week, it stopped the constant scalp tingling (a sure sign my hair was going to fall/thin out again) and  amazed how my hairline started filling in again a few weeks later after the tingling stopped. My hair started to look like it used to before the chemo. So much so,  when I last saw my doctor he  was very surprised  at my full head of hair , he said “ are you wearing a wig?"

The CO-E1 helped her psoriasis so much that she could actually feel comfortable and confident wearing sandals this past summer. She was so pleased with her results she thought that maybe her psoriasis had cleared up and went away. She says...

"BOY WAS I WRONG!!!
Early this Spring my feet broke out again – real bad  AND  my scalp was doing the tingle/fall out  cycle thing again. I immediately got some more C0-E1 5mg NADH. And AGAIN with in 3 days my feet are clearing up and within a week my scalp no longer tingles, my hair quit falling out and is coming back in.  I won’t stop taking C0-E1 5mg NADH for 6 months at a time again – that is for sure!"

We were so pleased to hear about her results and her heart felt comments about the products. We are so happy to see that our products are changing lives. She wanted to be clear that she was writing her testimony from the heart.

"I write this testimony so that others see what Co-E1 NADH (5mg) did for my problems and I ”maybe” it can work the same miracles for them as it did for me ! With my utmost amazement and sincerity."

Exercising is so Important!

If you haven't hear that exercise is important for you, then you may be already living a high risk lifestyle. By not doing research on your health and you may be developing all the wrong habits. By living a sedentary lifestyle Your muscles will become flabby and weak, making everyday activities harder. Your heart and lungs may fail to function properly. Lack of exercise may be killing you more than the bad habits you may possess.

We have mentioned here on the blog the many benefits and amazing results taking our NADH supplements will do, has done, and is currently doing for our customers. Disease Prevention doesn't stop at supplements, it is also achieved by living an over all healthy lifestyle. Regular exercise is necessary for physical fitness and good health. It cut downs significantly, the risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure. It also promotes longevity.

Exercise improves stamina and physical endurance. When you exercise the body builds up strength gradually and with every additional day of doing so, you become stronger and much more able to thrive under pressure. Your anaerobic levels improve for example if you pick running as your exercise. You will build up your stamina fairly quickly and you will find that you will still be rearing to go while others who have not been active will need to stop for breaks well before you do.

Aerobic exercise involves continuous and rhythmic physical motion, such as walking and bicycling. How does it affect the heart? The heart develops and become accustomed to handling higher metabolic demands of the body and so even when you exercise for unusually longer periods, you do not get tired because the heart can still cope with the higher demand.

Muscles Strength- Exercising with weights causes muscles hypertrophy. That is, the muscles grow larger and become stronger. This improves your strength and even makes your grip a lot more firm. Your posture can be improved, and your muscles become more firm and toned.

Flexibility- As you exercise it makes a lot of sense to practice a variety of exercises as different forms of exercise serve different purposes. Stretching exercises are also important because it helps to circulate lubricants in the joints adequately. Stretching also ensures that the continuous joint movement gives no room for joint stiffness this way you stay flexible and reduce you chances of getting a fracture occurring.

Weight Loss- Of course the benefit that people think of most, you will lose wight. Weight-loss is not as beneficial with diet alone. You can lose weight with diet alone, but you wont receive the disease fighting benefits we just talked about. Exercise is responsible for burning your body fat to help you loss the it. Exercise is also a key to weight control because it burns calories. If you burn off more calories than you take in, you lose weight.

Exercise is supposed to be fun. Find what you enjoy doing and get involved. There are many programs available in communities all over the world. Just do a little bit of research and try out new things till you find the activity you love.

ENADA Anti-Aging Abilities

Today founder Georg Birkmayer announced some of the results of the Anti-Aging Patent. The Birkmayer NADH patent application in 2002 was for a : Method of prolonging the life-span of living cells using NADH, NADPH and ADP-ribose. This was supported by recent studies conducted that with NAD, the Oxidized Form of NADH. The Study shows that the promotion of energy in the mitochondria does extend the life span of cells.

A method for increasing and/or enhancing the production of intracellular energy in living cells. By incubating living
cells with an intracellular-energy-increasing substance, such as NADH, NADPH and/or ADP-ribose, the living  cells increase their levels of intracellular energy thereby resulting in more vital, longer-living cells. Specifically, the life span and vitality of blood cells, transplantable organs and tissues, and living organisms can thereby be prolonged. The recent study* using NAD conducted by Harvard Medical School and the University of New South Wales, Australia found that US and Australian scientists were able to reverse ageing in mice, humans could be next. NAD is the oxidised form of NADH. NADH is found in our bodies in the production of energy in the mitochondria.
As reported by media ABC News Australia on Dec 19 2013 :
US scientists have performed a dramatic reversal of the ageing process in animal studies. They used a chemical to rejuvenate muscle in mice and said it was the equivalent of transforming a 60-year-old's muscle to that of a 20-year-old - but muscle strength did not improve. Ageing is considered a one-way street, but now researchers at Harvard Medical School have shown that some aspects can be reversed.Their research focused on a chemical called NAD. Its levels naturally drop in all cells of the body with age. Big things are happening here at ENADA!
