Juicing has been getting more news lately, as people are learning more about what is really in their food, and the medicine they take. People are wanting to move towards a more natural and healthy way of life. One way people are solving this, is by juicing fruits and vegetables.  Juicing has been proven to have healing properties. Different combinations of fruits and vegetables can help with weight loss, chronic illnesses and be used as a preventive measure to keep healthy. Juicing works because plant based, natural vitamins and minerals are absorbed easier in the body. Ingredients
  1. Lemon - 1/2 fruit
  2. Tomato - 1 large whole
  3. Watermelon - 1 large wedge (approx 1/8 of melon)
